GALLERY STAND OUTS - May 13, 2013

Hi - poki here!  I really enjoyed going through the Digital Designs by Amber Morrison DESIGNER GALLERY at The Digi Chick this morning.  Due to commitments with my Mom (who is recovering from surgery) I haven't been on-line much in the past few weeks!  But I am always surprised and pleased when I come back to visit the gallery to see so many beautiful layouts created with Amber's fabulous templates!  I am a confirmed TEMPLATE ADDICT with no desire to change that.  I always start out a project in my template collection, and more often than not, it is one of Amber's templates that I choose.  They make cluster building and page arrangement SO EASY!  Thanks, Amber!  

Now, on to the beauties I selected for this post.  First up, a layout created by Heide C using THE SKY IS THE LIMIT.

Heidi chose a soft color palette from LDrag Designs JUST ANOTHER DAY IN PARADISE for this simple, yet totally pleasing beach themed layout!  Her composition using the template and the elements so beautifully emphasizes that sweet photo!  Beachy on, Heide C!

Hollyinjapan did a fabulous job on her Easter layout using Digital Designs by Amber Morrison {MY HEART GOES} BOOM DA DOOM DOOM  .  Her layout also features ALMOST SPRING also available at The Digi Chick from ETC by Danyale.

Holly's shadow work in this layout created so much depth, while saving a precious family  memory of Easter.

One more for today - by Laura A featuring the ddam template from TDC boutique collab INTO THE GREAT UNKNOWN.  She also used LIFE STORIES: THE GIRL by Kristen Cronin-Barrow and Zoe Pearn, and FAMILY FUN HOUSE ALPHA by Wishing Well  Creations (Available at The Digi Chick)

Here's Laura's beautiful layout - it's hard to tell which is more colorful:  the kit she chose or those adorable "painted ladies" in the photo.

Customer spotlight

Hi everybody!  Kari here to spotlight one of Amber's fabulous costumers.  I'm new to the team, and we're working out the kinks on how we're going to do the customer spotlight, but we're hoping to make this a monthly thing.  So get your pages in the galleries!

This week I was browsing through the galleries at DSA and came across this one by blue.eyed.momma.

I love how she turned this into a photoless page.  She used Amber's Window To My Soul template pack:

Love the different take on this!  I love seeing different ways to use templates.  And personally, I use templates for everything.  I mean everything.  As I said, we're (read I'm  lol) working out the kinks on the customer spotlight, so make sure you stop back by.  We're in the process of reworking the whole blog and getting this place jumping!

First up, MY FUTURE'S SO BRIGHT I GOTTA WEAR SHADES, released 5/1/2013 at The Digi Chick boutique 

There were LOTS of beauties in the gallery using this fabulous template pack.  I selected "Shades" by Ozegirl to feature here today!  I love the clusters she built, especially those DESIGNER SHADES she made!  What a cute photo too!  Just perfect for this template pack!  Ozegirl used JOYFUL LIFE by Sherwood Studio on this layout.  You can find it at The Digi Chick Boutique as well.  Be sure to stop in at the gallery and leave a comment on this beautiful layout!

Digital Designs by Amber Morrison released another stellar template pack on 5/1/2013 called KEY LIME PIE TAKE 2  - she reworked every one of these templates for this release!  (She had previously released a kit called KEY LIME PIE last year at another store ... but you won't recognize it here!) 

Fruitysuet chose one of the KEY LIME PIE TAKE 2 templates to scrap a very special birthday!  What a great celebration!  This layout also features Kimeric Kreations TOO COOL available at The Digi Chick Boutique.  Head on over to the gallery and leave a comment on this beautiful layout!

Digital Designs by Amber Morrison released NOBODY'S FOOL back in April 

Hollyinjapan combined one of the NOBODY'S FOOL templates with 2 a.m. Designs CLEAN AND SIMPLE and Charm Box Studio PHOTO ACTIONS (part of JOIE DE VIVRE collaboration from the Digichick Designers for May).  All product available at  The Digi Chick.  Be sure to stop by the gallery to see this beauty there!

and finally, an "oldie but goodie" - Digital Designs by Amber Morrison SERENADE

Dj_w used SERENADE along with Kimeric Kreations ABOUT A BOY and another kit called AND HIS SISTER (all found at The Digi Chick Boutique) to create her lovely rainbow-colored layout "Dynamic Duo"
